3. Accessing the website (server log files)
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically stores data in server log files: IP address (possibly shortened), date and time, file accessed, browser and operating system, referrer URL. This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other sources.

4. Hosting

5. Display setting (local storage)
You can choose a visual design ("theme") on this website. Your choice is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage, key "kaulquappe-theme"). No personal data is stored — only the name of the design. This information is not transmitted to us or third parties and serves only your convenience. You can delete it at any time by clearing the website data in your browser. Legal basis: § 25 (2) TDDDG.
6. Fonts and external content
This website loads no external fonts (no Google Fonts CDN) and embeds no external content (maps, videos, social media plugins). No data is transferred to third parties when the page loads.
7. Workshop registration
When you register via the form, we process the data you provide: first name, last name and email (required), phone (optional), professional field and workplace (required), and optionally how you heard about us and a comment.
Transmission: The form prepares an email with your details that is sent to us via your own email program. The form data is not stored server-side on this website.
Purpose and legal basis: We process this data exclusively to handle your registration and to organise and run the workshop (confirmation, payment and preparation information). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures and contract fulfilment); optional details: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Recipients: the persons responsible for organisation, the workshop leadership (for the participant list), and our email provider [name to follow].
Storage period: until the conclusion of the workshop and beyond, as far as statutory retention obligations require (up to 10 years for invoicing records).
8. Information about future workshops
If you consent in the form to be informed about future workshops, we use your email address for this purpose. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, informally to [email to follow].
9. Cookies, tracking, analytics
This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking cookies and currently no web analytics service. Only your browser's local storage is used to remember your design choice (see point 5).
10. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone (e.g. as a school administrator requesting materials), we process your details to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b or f GDPR.
